Editorial contact: hello@kikit.io
One address handles everything: hello@kikit.io. Senior editor Hannah Sullivan watches it herself rather than routing through a shared helpdesk, and Samuel Turner picks up anything that lands in his patch. We aim to reply inside two working days, Monday to Friday, UK time. Notes sent late on a Friday usually get an answer by Tuesday, and GDPR data requests are resolved well inside the statutory 30-day window.
To help us close things out quickly, please include the full URL of the page your message concerns and, where it matters, a screenshot or the exact wording you are flagging.
What we welcome from readers
- Corrections and updates. If something on Kikit no longer lines up with what an operator is actually offering, tell us and we will re-verify and update the page.
- Player experiences. A first-hand account of a KYC review that dragged on for weeks, or a support agent who genuinely sorted the problem, feeds straight into our retest queue and can shift a casino up or down.
- Business enquiries. Operators, affiliate managers and other publishers within the H88 network are welcome to pitch a review or a partnership. The verdict comes from our own testing, and no ranking or score is for sale.
- Press and media. Journalists, podcasters and analysts can reach Hannah at the same address; just add "Press" to the subject line so we route it correctly.
- Privacy and data requests. Access, correction, deletion and portability requests all come through this inbox. Full detail lives on the Privacy Policy.
Response times, at a glance
Corrections and factual updates: usually within 24 hours on a weekday. General enquiries and business pitches: two working days. Media requests with a fixed deadline: as quickly as we can manage, so please flag the deadline in the subject line. GDPR and CCPA data requests: acknowledged inside 72 hours and resolved within 30 days, as the regulations require.
What we cannot do for you
One thing worth being clear about: Kikit reviews casinos as an outside publisher. We are not an operator, we hold no player accounts, we never touch player funds, and we cannot step into a dispute between a player and a casino. Locked accounts, forgotten passwords and delayed withdrawals have to go to the operator's own support team first.
We can't resolve casino disputes, but here is who can
If a casino has refused to fix a genuine complaint, the right place to escalate is the regulator that issued its licence, not us. Confirm the licence on the regulator's live public register and file the complaint there: the UKGC (gamblingcommission.gov.uk), MGA (mga.org.mt), Spelinspektionen (spelinspektionen.se), KSA (kansspelautoriteit.nl), Spillemyndigheden (spillemyndigheden.dk), ANJ (anj.fr), SRIJ (srij.turismodeportugal.pt) or ACMA (acma.gov.au), whichever authority licenses the operator. That is the channel operators are legally bound to respond to.
If gambling has started to weigh on you or on someone close to you, please take a moment on our Responsible Gambling page. It points you to free, confidential support services in every market we cover. Kikit is strictly for adults aged 18 and over.
